Dinner
There was a small ant in my glass of water. I sucked it out using a straw and my finger and put it on the table.
My dad (truly believing it was a piece of ground pepper…) picks it up and eats it.
…it was an ant.
Oh, yellow there. My name is Michael. I like music, not wearing shoes, and coffee.
My brain is a much better blog than my tumblr is. 50% of the time I post something funny in my head...but not on here (because I forget). My memory is similar to that of a goldfish, except slightly larger in physical size.
I breathe and appreciate nature every morning. Life isn't worth living for unless you're alive. Nothing is ever worth getting upset about. Stop; breathe; smile, and occasionally drink a beer/coffee or two and the world will continue to turn for you.
Everyone has a choice, in every situation. You cannot always choose circumstance or context, but you always have power over your response.
All that we are arises in our thoughts. With our thoughts we make our world.
The miracle is not to walk on water. The miracle is to walk on the green earth, dwelling deeply in the present moment and feeling truly alive.
